This Privacy Policy explains how Smart-Radius ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when using the My Smart mobile application ("the App"). We comply with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, VCDPA, and Google Play user data policies.

1. Information We Collect

1.0 Account and Profile Information

When using your Smart-Radius account, the following information may be collected and stored:

Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Service Plan / Subscription details
Internet usage statistics (upload, download, session limits)
Recharge history and payments

1.1 Automatically Collected Data

Device Data: device model, OS version, language.
App Usage Data (via Firebase Analytics — anonymous and aggregated).
Error and crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics).

1.2 Camera Access (QR Code)

The App uses your device camera only for scanning a QR code to recharge your account balance. No images or video are stored or transmitted.

1.3 SpeedTest Feature

The SpeedTest tool measures your network speed locally on your device. No browsing data or network traffic content is collected or stored.

1.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

Browsing history
DNS queries
App activity outside the My Smart app
Personal files, photos, or media
Advertising data

The App does NOT contain ads, and we do not track users for advertising or profiling purposes.

2. How We Use the Information

To manage your internet service account
To display your usage and subscription status
To process package renewals and additional purchases
To provide push notifications (renewal reminders, service updates)
To improve app performance and stability

3. Third-Party SDKs

Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage metrics
Firebase Crashlytics — crash diagnostics
Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications

No personal browsing or network activity is shared with these services.

4. Permissions Used

CAMERA

Used strictly for scanning QR codes to recharge your balance. No media is saved.

INTERNET / NETWORK STATE

Used for connecting to Smart-Radius servers and running SpeedTest.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Used for essential service notifications only.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Your account data is stored securely on our servers hosted at smart-radius.com.

We retain your account information as long as your service remains active. You may request deletion at any time.

5.1 Account Deletion

You may request full account deletion by emailing us at support@smart-radius.com. All associated data will be permanently removed.

5.2 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Contract Performance: providing internet account management.
Legitimate Interest: improving service quality and diagnostic purposes.
User Consent: required for notifications and QR scanning.

6. Cookies (Website Only)

The App itself does not use cookies. The website https://smart-radius.com may use cookies for login and session security.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or third parties. Data is shared only when legally required.

8. International Transfers

Data may be stored or processed in regions that comply with GDPR standards.
